Agreement
By creating a VERNO account or using the VERNO app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of the VERNO platform.
What VERNO Does
VERNO is an AI-assisted reputation management tool. It helps you draft review responses, analyze review integrity signals, build dispute cases, and track competitor reputation data.
VERNO is a drafting and intelligence tool. It does not post responses, submit disputes, or take actions on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for any content you choose to publish. VERNO never automatically posts, edits, or deletes anything on any platform.
AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses and dispute drafts are suggestions only. They are not legal advice, professional advice, or guaranteed to produce any particular outcome. You should review every AI-generated response before publishing it.
Review removal is not guaranteed. Platform decisions on review disputes are made solely by those platforms. VERNO makes no representation about the likelihood or outcome of any dispute or appeal. VERNO's integrity analysis identifies behavioral signals — it does not definitively prove or disprove the authenticity of any review.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use VERNO only for lawful purposes. You may not use VERNO to:
- Harass, defame, or threaten any individual or business
- Generate or publish false or misleading content about any business or person
- Attempt to manipulate review platforms in violation of those platforms' terms
- Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the VERNO platform
- Use the platform for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free (Starter) accounts receive 5 AI generations per month. Verno Pro subscriptions provide unlimited generations and full feature access. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play. VERNO does not process payment card data directly.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to your app store's refund policy. We do not offer independent refunds for subscription periods already billed.
Your Content
Review text, business information, cases, competitor data, and other content you enter into VERNO belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using VERNO, you grant us a limited license to process your content strictly for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or sell it to third parties.
Data and Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support@joinvernoai.com. Upon deletion, your profile, business data, response history, cases, and competitor entries will be removed from our systems. Some anonymised aggregate data or billing records may be retained as required by law.
Intellectual Property
The VERNO name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are owned by VERNO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
VERNO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERNO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of business, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of VERNO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
