Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside VERNO:
- Open the VERNO app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Security & Privacy
- Tap Delete account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your VERNO account to:
Important: Your deletion request must come from the email address you used to create your VERNO account. We use this to verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile and authentication record
- All business profiles and settings
- All submitted reviews and integrity analysis data
- All AI-generated response history
- All dispute cases and appeal drafts
- All competitor tracking entries
- All preferences and settings
Some anonymised aggregate records or billing information may be retained as required by applicable law or for fraud prevention purposes.
Export your data first
Before deleting your account, you can export a copy of your data from within the app: Settings → Export My Data. This will generate a JSON file you can save to your device.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your Verno Pro subscription through the App Store or Google Play before or after deleting your account. Refunds for unused periods are subject to your app store's refund policy.
